Challenge

As a direct-to-consumer sportswear brand, HYLETE believes that high-quality sportswear doesn’t have to come with a huge price tag. As a challenger within the traditional sportswear market it needed a customer journey to match its uniquely community-oriented brand.

Yieldify’s Solution

HYLETE was an early adopter of Yieldify’s Progress Bar feature that allows marketers to highlight available promotions and exclusive offers by visualizing how close visitors are to unlocking them. This campaign cleverly leveraged the brand’s commitment to low pricing to boost AOV and conversions.

With growing consumer demand for video content (53% of consumers want more video) HYLELTE wanted to learn how this could improve the customer journey. The Yieldify team A/B tested static imagery versus video content with abandoning visitors.

Result

The progress bar, which offered savings based on the number of items added to cart, increased average order value by +4.8% on mobile. Meanwhile, abandonment was slashed, with the video campaign proving more effective than the static image, increasing the conversion rate by +42.2%.
