M.J. Bale is one of Australia’s most iconic menswear brands. Launched in 2009 by founder Matt Jensen, (the ‘M.J.’ in M.J. Bale) the brand revolves around quality, of both the product and the in-store experience. M.J. Bale began working with Yieldify in February 2018 to help ensure the online customer experience continued this tradition of quality and character.

Yieldify’s Solution

First up, M.J. Bale worked with the Yieldify team to complete a Customer Journey Analysis to pinpoint where the experience could be improved. The findings from this were used to optimize different areas of the website, such as product bundles, support M.J. Bale’s marketing activity, such as GQ Online Shopping Night, and bring together the online and offline worlds by highlighting in-store services.

Overall, campaigns run through Yieldify have achieved a +59% uplift in conversion rate versus the control, and generated over $107k in incremental revenue. Upsell campaigns on product bundles increased AOV by +27.4% and increased conversion rate by +55.5%.
