Board Members


Jay Radia
Co-Founder & CEO

Jay and his brother Meelan started Yieldify after realizing that eCommerce sites were lacking a simple, easy to integrate tool that allowed them to improve their customer experience.

Prior to Yieldify, Jay had a promising career in Finance where he worked on the trading floors at Investment Banks such as Bank of America and BNP Paribas. He studied Economics as an undergraduate at UCL and always gravitated towards entrepreneurship from an early age.

Jay was recognised by the FT in 2015 as one of the top 10 tech entrepreneurs under 30 in Europe.


Mark Ash
Global VP of Services

Mark is a veteran of the digital marketing world, with 17 years’ experience across all aspects of digital. Before joining Yieldify, Mark spent 5 years managing digital marketing services teams at Teradata (later Mapp Digital).
His career in service delivery spans positions at adtech giant DoubleClick, email specialists eCircle and media agency Tri-Direct, in addition to performance marketing at Affiliate Future and client-side roles at Virgin Media. He has a BA in Law and German from Surrey University.


Matt Rees
VP Sales (EMEA and APAC)

Matt’s career spans more than fifteen years in sales leadership and e-commerce.
Previously Head of Sales EMEA at Oracle Maxymiser, he played a key role in building Maxymiser towards its acquisition by Oracle in 2015. He has also been instrumental in the foundation and growth of new businesses: as Sales Director of Site Confidence (acquired by NCC Group PLC in 2007), Founder and Sales Director of UserReplay and later as VP Sales for customer insights automation business Big Data for Humans.


Lubomir Malo
Head of Product

Lubo came to Yieldify from JustFab, where he was driving online marketing and user acquisition in the UK. Prior to that he worked in external and internal consulting roles at The Boston Consulting Group and Worldpay. He has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University.


Iason Bakogiannis
VP Engineering

Iason joined Yieldify from Affectv where he directed the Engineering team and launched multiple computational advertising and data products including the Persona Discovery Platform, which saw over 11 million prospects and captured 500+ data points per person per day. He has a Masters in Intelligent Systems from King's College London, with a focus on artificial intelligence, pattern recognition and neural networks.


Hannah Stewart
Head of Marketing

Hannah joined Yieldify in 2015, bringing experience from across the marketing and communications spectrum. Previously a Product Marketer at global fintech business Monitise, she has also led global communications projects for brands including Samsung, HTC and Canon whilst at leading agencies Weber Shandwick and Nelson Bostock. She has a degree in History from Cambridge University.


Meelan Radia
Technical Co-Founder

Meelan co-founded Yieldify with Jay after gaining first-hand experience of the frustrations facing digital marketers in eCommerce in his previous roles. Meelan spent several years in technical management positions across a variety of established international companies. Between holding senior roles at Carat Global and MediaCom, he co-founded online marketplace MobiRF.

In addition to his in depth technical experience, Meelan has also been recognised in the 2016 Forbes’ 30 under 30 Europe list for Retail and eCommerce.


Lucy Mack
Senior HR Manager

Lucy has been working in HR for the last 6 years across a range of different sectors. Before joining Yieldify she was working as a HR Consultant to small start-ups in London. Lucy graduated with a first class honours degree in Psychology, and most recently completed a MA (CIPD) in Human Resource Management where she wrote a thesis on how to motivate Millennials in the workplace.


Adam Dathi
Head of BI & Operations

Adam joined Yieldify in 2014 where he founded and leads our Business Intelligence team. He has a background in strategy consulting for the media industry, having worked with many of the major print and professional publishers in Europe. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Oxford and a Masters in European Business from ESCP Europe.


Konstantin Stiskin

Konstantin is Partner at Binomial Ventures, where he focuses on investing in early and mid-stage companies in fintech, cybersecurity and data.
With experience across three venture capital funds, he has invested in over forty businesses and held strategic roles with ten companies, which have raised over $100m with his support. As an angel investor, Konstantin actively invests in companies in the US, UK and Russia.


John Giuliani

John is President and Chief Executive Officer of Conversant, which he joined following the acquisition of Dotomi, where he had served as Chief Executive Officer.
He is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in growing successful organisations and has participated on boards for Bluestem Brands, Q Interactive, SuperMarkets Online, Affinova, Claria, Imagitas, and El Dorado Marketing.


Hussein Kanji

Hussein is a founding partner of Hoxton Ventures, a London-based early stage European venture capital firm.
He is also an angel investor in Bea’s of Bloomsbury, GoCardless, Halo Neuroscience, Popxo and Signpost and has held advisory roles with Tarmin and Eros International. Hussein was formerly an associate at Accel Partners, where he focused on consumer internet, financial technology and software investments.
