The event will return for its third year on Tuesday, February 11th at the Barbican Centre
LONDON – (Dec. 4, 2019) – Yieldify, the customer journey optimisation company, has announced that it will host #Journey2020 on February 11th at London’s Barbican Centre. A dedicated conference for e-commerce leaders, this year’s theme will be ‘From Stack To Skills’, bringing together over 150 delegates for a day of networking, talks, interactive sessions and workshops.
This year marks the third annual ‘Journey’ event, following the success of #Journey2019 in March of this year. This also took place in the Barbican, and welcomed speakers from L’Oreal, Philips, Oliver Bonas, Aveda and more. #Journey2020 returns to the same stunning venue following outstanding feedback from last year’s attendees.
#Journey2020 will take the theme of ‘From Stack to Skills’. This was inspired by the findings of Yieldify’s recent ‘State of Customer Journey Optimisation’ report, published in October 2019, which found that marketers’ biggest customer journey challenges have shifted away from tools and technology toward people and processes. The conference’s agenda will therefore largely focus on the skills needed for making meaningful strides in customer journey optimisation in 2020.
