Yieldify Announces The Winners of the 2018 Fireflies

Winners of the first annual awards for Customer Journey Optimization include Philips, AVON and Maybelline.

Yieldify, the customer journey optimization (CJO) company, has announced the eleven winners of its first annual awards programme, The Fireflies. The awards recognize excellence in customer journey optimization among its 500+ customer base across the world.

The winners for each category were as follows:

  • Overall achievement EMEA: Philips
  • Overall achievement U.S.: Midwest Sports
  • Best retail campaign: AVON
  • Best travel campaign: Virgin Trains
  • Best finance campaign: Argos Pet Insurance
  • Journey of the Year:
  • Best GDPR campaign: Thomas Cook Airlines
  • Best traffic-targeting campaign: Montblanc
  • Best AOV campaign: skyn ICELAND
  • Best Content campaign: Homair
  • Best lifetime value campaign: Maybelline

The judging panel was comprised of Yieldify leadership and partners from dotmailer and Mindshare, the awards were presented last night in London at the Curtain Club, where Yieldify hosted a Black Friday Survivor’s Party to mark the first milestone of the peak holiday season.
