Waleed’s love for building businesses started right after college when he purchased a bagel shop in New York City and tripled sales in nine months. Today, he brings his 25 years of experience in marketing technology and passion for developing high-performance, innovative organizations to Yieldify as CEO.
Previously, Waleed led the growth and successful exits of three companies. As President of CJ Affiliate, the world’s largest Affiliate Marketing network, he led the company’s business transformation and sale to Publicis Groupe. As CEO of Affinnova, he built the company from start-up to a global SaaS leader in marketing research that culminated in an acquisition by Nielsen Holdings. Affinnova was a pioneer in artificial intelligence and received numerous recognitions including AMA Gold Top 50, Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 and the New England Innovation Award. As President of Imagitas, the US leader in lifestage marketing, he oversaw the company’s hyper-revenue growth that resulted in an acquisition by Pitney Bowes.
Waleed first stepped into marketing technology with Catalina Marketing. As SVP of Sales, he was responsible for one-third of the company’s revenue. He began his career in brand management at Drypers and GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare.
In addition to Waleed’s Board Director role at Yieldify, he is currently an Advisory Board Member at Holler and Pear Commerce. He previously served on the boards or as an advisor at Affinnova, Imagitas and NativeX (acquired by Mobvista).
Waleed holds an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Mathematics and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
Chris brings over 20 years of experience in the legal field, predominantly working with international software and technology companies as their in-house counsel.
As Head of Legal, Chris is responsible for all legal and compliance matters at Yieldify. He plays a key role in setting company strategy as a member of the Executive Management Team and sits on the Security Committee responsible for privacy compliance and IT security.
Prior to Yieldify, Chris served as Associate General Counsel at Allegro Development Corporation and Assistant General Counsel at Envision Pharma Group. He has led and been involved in transactions with Fortune Global 1000 companies and the majority of top investment banks.
Before moving in-house, Chris was a corporate finance lawyer at a London law firm focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital funding, and reorganizations.
Chris holds an LLB from the University of Wales and is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
Stuart’s passion for entrepreneurship was clear from his early teenage years when he won the Young Scot Award for Entrepreneurship that recognized his success running an events business which attracted nearly 200,000 customers and turned a profit.
Today, Stuart brings his entrepreneurial drive and over ten years’ experience building teams across business development, sales and services within the technology sector.
As head of Sales and Client Services for EMEA, Stuart is responsible for leading revenue growth and client retention in the region and plays a key role in setting company strategy as a member of the Executive Management Team.
Stuart held various roles at Yieldify prior to leading EMEA. He established and built the New York Office, where he managed sales and client services for the fast-growing North America business. He first started as a Sales Director in the London Office.
Before Yieldify, Stuart built the business development and sales functions for a Fast Track 1000 Europe company. He was also involved in several entrepreneurial ventures including the development of a search engine catered to millennials and an online cybersecurity training program for small businesses.
Stuart holds a BA Hons in Marketing and Management from the University of Strathclyde Business School.
While studying at Davidson College, Michael received funding from the university’s venture lab to develop a music recommendation engine and app. From that moment forward, he became a force for all things technology, analytics and design.
As head of Product and Data Science, Michael leads Yieldify’s platform innovation and plays a key role in setting company strategy as a member of the Executive Management Team.
Prior to Yieldify, Michael was a Strategist for Horizon Media’s Why Group, which analyzes the intersection of culture, people and brands to help inform a brands’ marketing, communications, creative and media strategies. He earned multiple recognitions for his thought leadership and innovation in analytics and predictive modeling including the Cynopsis Media Star Award and Horizon Business Impact Award.
Michael holds a BS in Mathematics from Davidson College, where he graduated Cum Laude. He received the Rufus Hallmark Writing Award and was a Meritorious Winner of the Interdisciplinary Mathematical Modeling Competition, the most prestigious mathematical modeling competition in the world.
Theo brings ten years of digital marketing and ecommerce experience to Yieldify, with expertise in website personalization, customer journey optimization and consumer shopping behavior.
As head of Sales and Services for APAC, Theo is responsible for leading revenue growth and client retention for the region and plays a key role in setting company strategy as a member of the Executive Management Team.
Prior to leading APAC, Theo held various roles at Yieldify. He established and built the Singapore Office, where he managed client services for the fast-growing client portfolio. He first started as a Strategist in the London Office working with clients across EMEA.
Theo began his career as a Management Consultant, advising French tech start-ups on their UK and US expansion plans. His experience with high-growth SaaS companies fueled his move into the industry and Yieldify.
He holds a Master in Strategy and Management of International Business from the ESSEC Business School in Paris.
With over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, Jim brings a deep understanding of website personalization and marketing technology to Yieldify.
As head of Sales and Services for North America, Jim is responsible for leading revenue growth and client retention in the region and plays a major role in setting company strategy as a member of the Executive Management Team.
Before Yieldify, Jim held various executive, senior management and sales positions. He also established and developed the Southeast Office for CJ Affiliate, the world’s leading Affiliate Marketing network, where he oversaw the successful management and growth for some of CJ’s top revenue generating partnerships.
Prior to stepping into the digital world, Jim served in the US Air Force as a Special Warfare Airman under the USAF Air Combat Command. It’s here where Jim honed his leadership skills and realized the potential of positive mentorship, comradery and leading by example.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Austin Peay State University.
Guillaume brings over 10 years of digital and Martech experience in software engineering and technical leadership. He has deep expertise in distributed systems, performance optimization and large-scale analytics.
As head of Engineering, Guillaume is responsible for ensuring that all possible outcomes are enabled with technology and that Yieldify products lead in technical excellence and innovation. He fosters a purpose-driven culture, making Yieldify a leading company for brilliant software engineers. As a member of the Executive Management Team, he plays a central role in setting company strategy and execution. Prior to heading engineering, Guillaume led Technical Solutions for the company.
Guillaume started two companies before joining Yieldify. He co-founded Upper.ai, a marketing analytics SaaS provider, and was a founding member of Leanconvert, where he developed conversion rate optimization software for online gaming clients.
Guillaume got his start in website personalization with Maxymiser. He began his career as a trading analyst at Axpo and Danske Commodities developing prediction models for the energy market.
He holds a Master of Computer Science from the Paris Graduate School of Digital Innovation.
As head of Human Resources, Clara’s mandate is to help Yieldify achieve a competitive advantage by building a highly committed and exceptional workforce and enabling a culture of openness, collaboration and innovation.
Clara leads her team developing the best-in-class approaches to recruitment, performance management, learning and development, career planning, employee participation and communication, and personal wellbeing. As a member of the Executive Management Team, she plays a central role in the company’s strategy and execution.
Prior to Yieldify, Clara ran human resources and logistics for Smith & Sinclair, a fast-moving consumer goods start-up. Earlier, she led UK recruiting for Delaware North, one of the largest hospitality and food service companies in the world.
Clara holds a BA in History from Queen Mary University of London. She is currently obtaining her CIPD Level 7.
David brings more than ten years of experience in corporate finance and public accounting to Yieldify.
As head of Finance, David leads the global financial reporting and analysis that guides the company’s operations, planning and business decision-making and is also responsible for financial compliance. As a member of the Executive Management Team, he plays a major role in setting company strategy and execution.
David first joined Yieldify as a Finance Manager. Previously, he worked in New Zealand and Switzerland for a Big Four accounting firm in auditing services.
He holds a Bachelor of Management Studies in Accounting and Human Resource Management from the University of Waikato and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

John is the Executive Chair of Epsilon, a Publicis Groupe company, and a member of the Groupe’s Management Committee. Previously, as CEO of Conversant (formerly ValueClick), he led the company’s business transformation, growth and subsequent sale to Epsilon. Prior to Conversant, as CEO of Dotomi, he led and built one of the fastest growing online display media companies in the United States resulting in an acquisition by ValueClick.
Before Dotomi, John founded Rainmaker Consulting Group. He also served as President of North America for Catalina Marketing, achieving record revenues and profits. He began his career in sales and marketing at Actmedia, Frito-Lay and GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare.
In addition to John’s Board Chair role at Yieldify, he is currently a Board Director at Opendorse, Venture Partner at Serra Ventures and Special Advisor to DataPoint Capital. He previously served on the boards of Affinnova (acquired by Nielsen Holdings), Bluestem Brands (acquired by Capmark Financial Group), Claria, Conversant/ValueClick (acquired by Epsilon), Dotomi (acquired by ValuClick), El Dorado Marketing, Imagitas (acquired by Pitney Bowes), Q Interactive (acquired by IDI), SuperMarkets Online and WEB.com (acquired by Siris Capital Group).
John holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Marketing from the University of Illinois.
Hussein is a Founder of Hoxton Ventures and a Partner. In addition to Yieldify, he currently represents Hoxton on the boards of baseimmune, Biotx.ai, Finesse, Fy!, Giraffe360, Kbox, Luminary, Peptone, Raptor Supplies, Raw Material, Replai, Skin Analytics, Smartline, SOC.OS, TourRadar and XYZ Reality, and serves as a board observer on Behavox, Karakuri, Loveshark, Panakeia and Vidya Health. He previously served on the boards of Babylon Health, bd4travel (acquired by Dnata), Campanja (acquired by 24/7 Media), Darktrace (LSE:DARK) and Deliveroo (LSE:ROO).
Hussein also serves on the board of Tech Nation and sits on the advisory board of GTO Partners, a tech mid-market buyout firm, and Landscape, a venture capital review site.
While forming Hoxton, Hussein helped Eros STX Global develop ErosNow, an online streaming video platform for Bollywood. Prior to Hoxton, he was an associate with Accel Partners. He joined Accel from Microsoft Corporation. Earlier in his career, he worked with three start-ups, Radiance Technologies (acquired by Comcast), Safe-View (acquired by L-3) and Studio Verso (acquired by KPMG).
Hussein holds an MBA from London Business School and completed his undergraduate degree in Symbolic Systems at Stanford University.
In addition to his role as Board Director, Jay is a co-founder of Yieldify and served as CEO until 2019.
Jay co-founded Yieldify with his brother Meelan after first starting an ecommerce site together. Like most ecommerce businesses, it required substantial capital to drive visitor traffic. To maximize return on ad spend, the brothers developed their own on-site personalization technology with winning results. Recognizing the potential of this underserved market, Yieldify was born.
As CEO, Jay raised funding from Datapoint Capital, Google Ventures, Hoxton Ventures and Softbank and used the investment to expand Yieldify’s technology and geographic footprint. Yieldify became one of the fastest-growing tech start-ups in UK history and one of Europe’s fastest-growing SaaS companies. He was recognized as Financial Times’ Euro Tech Top 10 Under 30.
Jay is a serial software entrepreneur who has founded several other companies, most notably Reachdesk and Screenloop. Screenloop was formed through his start-up studio Bliss Growth.
Jay first started his career in investment banking and worked on the trading floors of Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and BNP Paribas.
He holds a BS in Economics from University College London.
Scott is the Founder of Data Point Capital and a Managing Partner. In addition to Yieldify, he currently represents Datapoint on the boards of Jebbit, Print Syndicate, Returnalyze, UpShift, Vee24 and YourMechanic. He previously served as an Advisor or Director for Bluestem Brands (acquired by Capmark Financial Group), Olejo Stores (acquired by Mattress Firm), On The Spot Systems (acquired by Press Ganey) and Paintzen (acquired by PPG).
Scott also serves as Co-Chair at 12 X 12 and Mass Scale and sits on the advisory committees of Boch Center and Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, organizations focused on fostering innovation and economic growth.
Prior to founding Datapoint, Scott founded Shoebuy.com. Under his leadership, Shoebuy became one of the largest and fastest growing online retailers in the United States resulting in an acquisition by Barry Diller’s InterActive Corp.
Scott holds a BA in English from the University of Colorado. He is a frequent industry speaker and has received numerous recognitions including Ernst & Young’s New England Entrepreneur of the Year.
